Great tea room with lots of seating on a huge decking area overlooking a large pond. Covered and uncovered seating, some in booths. There’s a variety of wildlife including ducks, swans, peacocks, wallabies and alpacas.

Probably the best, most relaxing place to come for a coffee and snack in the area. There is a lake, exotic animals and lots of seating both inside and out. Plenty of parking. Disabled parking available and no steps.

Enjoyed my drink and cake. I was a bit concerned about how muddy the aviaries are. It's been a wet couple of months - but could they have reeds or something put down? The stork in the aviary by itself was especially quagmire-like. Otherwise, I enjoyed walking around visiting the birds and animals.
